The 3rd Meeting among the Secretaries of National Security Councils of the OTS was held on 18-19 September 2024 in the spiritual capital of the Turkic World, Turkistan. At the meeting, issues related to regional and global security and the development of cooperation in these fields were discussed.

The Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan Lieutenant General Viktor Makhmudov, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan General-Polkovnik Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gizat Nurdauletov, Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyz Republic Lieutenant General Marat Imankulov and the Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the OTS Dr. Ömer Kocaman attended the meeting.
