The 2nd Meeting of the Secretaries of the National Security Council of the Member States of the Organization of the Turkic States was held on 19-20 October 2023 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. At the meeting, issues related to regional and global security and the development of cooperation in the field of security were discussed.

The Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan Lieutenant General Viktor Makhmudov, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan General-Polkovnik Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gizat Nurdauletov, Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyz Republic Lieutenant General Marat İmankulov and the Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States Ambassador Kubanıçbek Ömüraliyev attended the meeting.
