State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Mezhuev, accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit between 17-20 November 2014 at the invitation of the Secretary-General Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu. During the negotiations, Parties expressed the will to improve multi-dimensional cooperation between the two institutions and exchanged views concerning security issues.
