Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council  of the Republic of Ukarine Olexandr Turchynov,  accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit between 21-22 January 2016 at the invitation of the Secretary-General Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu. During the negotiations, Parties expressed the will to improve multi-dimensional cooperation between the two institutions and exchanged views related to countering global terrorism, organised crime and illegal migration.
