Secretary-General Muammer Türker, heading a delegation, paid an official visit to France between 11-12 April 2013 at the invitation of the Secretary-General for National Defence and Security of France, Francis Delon. Within the framework of the visit program, Secretary-General Türker had meetings with authorities from the French Ministries of Foreign Affairs, the Interior and Defence and negotiations were held on bilateral relations, counter-terrorism and regional and global issues.
