A delegation headed by Major General Johnny Lim Eng Seng, Commandant of the Malaysian National Resilience College, visited the Secretariat-General of the National Security Council on 17 June 2025, as part of their working visit to Türkiye between 14–22 June 2025.

Major General Johnny Lim Eng Seng and Major General Abdul Rahim bin Mohd Yusuff were received by Secretary General of the National Security Council/Governor Okay MEMİŞ. Global and regional security issues were addressed during the visit.
