Head of the Office of the National Security Council of Georgia Givi Tumanishvili accompanied by a delegation, paid an official visit to Ankara between August 10-11, 2022 upon the invitation of the Secretary-General Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu. During the negotiations Secretary General of National Security Council Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu and Head of the Office of the National Security Council of Georgia Givi Tumanishvili exchanged views on regional and global security issues related to the mutual interest of two countries and possibilities of deepening cooperation on security issues.

Within the scope of the visit, Givi Tumanishvili also held meetings with other relevant institutions.
