Governor Okay MEMİŞ, Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye participated in the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2025) hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, under the auspices of H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and addressed the participants with a speech titled “Türkiye's National Security System and the Effects of New Security Threats on National Security Approaches” on 12 April 2025.  On the margins of the  ADF, General Secretary Memiş also held a bilateral meeting with Major General Ariunbold DASHJIVAA, Chief Director of the Management Office of the National Security Council of Mongolia.
