Governor Okay MEMİŞ, Presidency's Secretariat General of the National Security Council, attended the Closing Session of the SEKAPS Briefing and Consultation Activity held on 04 June 2025, hosted by Governor of Samsun, Mr. Orhan TAVLI, between 02-04 June 2025.

During the program, Governor MEMİŞ expressed his pleasure that his first domestic visit in his capacity as Secretary General was to Samsun, where Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK took the first steps of the National Combating. His Excellency also shared insights and experiences with civil administration authorities, military units and regional and provincial directorates members regarding Türkiye’s national security policy.
