Secretary General of the National Security Council Governor Okay MEMİŞ an his delegation attended the 13th High Representatives Meeting on International Security Issues, on 27-29 May 2025, hosted by the Security Council of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

Secretary General MEMİŞ delivered a speech at the plenary session of the meeting entitled “Shaping Architecture of Equal and Indivisible Security: Challenges and Opportunities for States of Global South and East”. Within the framework of his visit Secretary General MEMİŞ held bilateral meetings with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu and his other counterparts.
