Secretary General of the National Security Council Governor Okay MEMİŞ paid official visit to Poland accompanied by delegation on the 12th-13th June 2025, at the invitation of Secretary of State and Head of the National Security Bureau Dariusz Lukowski.

Within the framework of his visit, Secretary General of the National Security Council Governor Okay MEMİŞ, held meetings with the Polish Minister of National Defence Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Marek Prawda.

During the meetings, opportunities for further strengthening the Türkiye-Poland partnership were discussed; allied solidarity within the framework of NATO, the current state of the Russia-Ukraine War, and regional security issues in the Middle East were comprehensively evaluated.
