The Secretary General of the National Security Council Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu paid an official visit to Kyrgyzstan on 5-6 November 2024, to attend the 6th meeting of the Türkiye-Kyrgyzstan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council which held under the chairmanship of the Presidents of the two countries.

In this context, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Secretariat General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye and the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, which envisages the enhancement of contacts and cooperation.
