The 4th Meeting among the Secretaries of National Security Councils of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held on 11-12 September 2025 in Bishkek. At the meeting, issues related to regional and global security and the development of cooperation in these fields were discussed.

The Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye Governor Okay MEMİŞ, Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyz Republic Baktybek BEKBOLOTOV, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramil USUBOV, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gizat NURDAULETOV, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan Viktor MAKHMUDOV and Secretary General of the OTS Ambassador Kubanychbek OMURALİEV attended the meeting.

On the occasion of the meeting, the Secretaries of the Security Councils and the Secretary General of the OTS were received by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, H.E. Sadyr ZHAPAROV.
