Secretary General of the National Security Council Governor Okay MEMİŞ paid his first official visit abroad to Azerbaijan accompanied by delegation on the 12th -14th  May 2025, at the invitation of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan Colonel-General Ramil USUBOV.

During the visit, Secretary General MEMİŞ was received by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham ALİYEV, and came together with high-ranked Azerbaijani officials during which the parties exchanged views on bilateral relations, regional and global security issues.
