Minister of Defence of Bulgaria Todor Tagarev accompanied by a delegation, visited the NSC Secretary General Governor Seyfullah Hacımüftüoğlu on 22 February 2024. During the meeting, global and regional security issues that concern the two countries and opportunities for developing cooperation were discussed.
